Web of Existence
Thursday 5 November 2026

Rain-beaded spider web with a curled orange leaf in green bush light, photograph for the poem Web of Existence.
We are but threads in an endless weaving,
brief constellations of breath and bone,
each life touching another,
none arriving, none departing alone.
The earth remembers every footfall,
the wind carries all we have been,
and even those who vanish from our sight
remain entwined in the unseen.
Nothing is lost to the great unfolding,
nothing exists apart,
the universe spins its infinite web
through the chambers of a single heart.
